This may include keeping your Information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for TrinusLab d.o.o. to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Uploaded Content shall be permanently deleted at our discretion, generally no sooner than 24 hours after the upload.
We take security of data very seriously and work hard to protect Information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. We cannot guarantee that Information during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
We never collect or maintain information on our Sites or Apps from those we actually know are under 13. Moreover, no part of our Sites or Apps are structured to attract anyone under 13.
If you’re a user in the European Union, you should know that TrinusLab d.o.o. is the controller of your personal information. By using our services and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
